Ask Jan for the words that best describe EuroNest and she’ll quickly reply:  beautiful, inviting and charming.

What drew this Kansas City native, one who worked in healthcare’s quality and risk management for nearly 30 years, to a Minneapolis store filled with unique furnishings and accessories?  She’ll tell you it was to live on Lake Minnetonka next door to her sister where once and for all she would exchange a job of cubicle confinement for one where her love of decorating would be nurtured in an inspiring environment—with windows.

She accomplished both by moving to Minneapolis nearly 10 years ago and answering an  ad that led to her position as a EuroNest sales associate.  She takes delight in displaying the beautiful and one-of-a-kind items that Lori and Sue discover during European and U.S. buying trips and then helping customers discover how those treasures can inspire their homes.

When not at the store, Jan can be found enjoying the new addition in her life: Theodore Sweetpea Henderson.  Teddy, as he’s known, is a Tibetan Terrier Shitzu mix—and all of  24 pounds—who found his way into her home and heart  after having lived with four other families.
