This charming home needed updates. To accomplish that, this 1936’s cottage was completely remodeled & facelifted thru out the first floor. Opening up walls for family living, Loving to cook together and entertain, the open kitchen, dining and family room off the back of the house brought this home into the 2020’s but still keeping the cottage charm in the details. The main floor master bedroom also needed a functional bathroom for the busy couple and much needed closet organization. Accomplishing the closet was done with wall lined and room dividing built ins that tie back to the original timeframe of this cottage home. A modern twist in light fixtures also gives it the 21sts century feel. The wood finished floors and stained woodwork and doors ties back to the original home finishes that when one walks thru the home one can no longer know what the old verses is the new areas.

Timeless. Details. Cozy Cottage.
